Texas instrument semiconductor company is a company that provides talent development company , giving engineer freedom to explore their technical talent and good in employee's benefit

Cons

However , the cons of the company is too huge , some of the talented engineers has been buried and not appreciated

Pros

TI is a nice place to work at. It has high standard with regards to Ethics. TI has training programs which help their newly hired personnel to adapt to their culture quickly and to speed-up their growth as a professional. Annual Increase based on performance.

Cons

Busy Schedule. Shifting schedule for professionals (regardless of years in service). Slow promotion. Low Salary compared to other companies. Work during Holidays.
