Pros

- 5 weeks vacation/sick days - profit sharing is once a year

Cons

- Long hours 60 to 70 hours - Management tends to give you way too much work at last minute and expect to complete timelines - Not enough training and they throw you in the fire and expect you to be an expert

Cons

they could listen to their employees more, people are burning out and leaving for better benefits and they’re doing nothing to stop it
