Work culture is very good. No restriction on coming and going. You can go to texins (sports complex) and play any time.

As the company is very established, chances of learning might not be that great.

Changes happening very frequently which might be a challenge for some people to adopt, if you could keep up with the changes then a good company to work for and you can have long career here
