1) Lesser salary compared to industry 2) MBA and Marketting runs the show which should be run by engineers instead!

Challenging work with visible results. Lots of varied technical backgrounds to rub shoulders with. Pretty flexible work schedule.

Can be high pressure. Pay is decent but maybe a hair low.
