Pros

A company with great history and impact. Able to work with great customers to develop amazing products. Challenging tasks. Fulfilling when accomplishing a big case.

Cons

Too many processes from big company, sales are required to provide a lot of reporting, meeting, planning, and very frequent review of sales performance. Tough environment.
