TI has advance technology. Known to be leader in manufacturing technologies. There are Good development opportunities for engineers. Good engineering programs.

Cons

Extended working hours for the manufacturing sites. Has very challenging environment. Manufacturing sites have the tendency to be cost driven

- Customer interaction experience - Working on wide variety of end applications spanning various end manufacturers - Breadth of knowledge covering hardware and software , from basic firmware to PCB design and EMI/EMC issues

Cons

- Part of the sales organization, so great deal of focus on direct earnings - Working on wide variety of areas helps increase breadth but less chance to gain depth in any particular area

1. Great atmosphere, lot of learning in a short time 2. Managers and mentors are quite friendly and extremely helpful 3. Clear picture about the role being assigned to you 4. Work-life balance 5. Texins, badminton and other recreational activities 6. Flexible work timings

Cons

1. Analog is given highest importance and ecalations which is not so present in Digital domain here. 2. nothing more as far as i suppose
