Pros

The culture is really chill, tons of super smart people, very friendly. You learn a lot and if you're into electronics, you will become a master of how they're made and how they work. It's neat stuff! And they offer really great benefits like profit sharing, employee share purchase program and 4% 401k matching.

Cons

Sometimes it can be easy to just get by and not do a lot of work. Since the whole place is cubicles, I felt like it was hard to collaborate and meet others around me.

Pros

Cons

Slow culture you have to push to get the things going. People are more interested in politic then real work.

Pros

Lots of down-to-earth engineers willing to collaborate and ready to help. It is easy to move among different product lines.

Cons

With semiconductor industry commoditized, the focus is profit and cost control, not innovation.
