Pros

Supporting work culture with good compensation and Growth aspects. Provides profit sharing. Work life balance would be really good but depends on role and location. Great place to innovate.

Cons

Selling innovations depends on the team. It can become a long process when multiple locations are involved.

stable, secure and innovative environment...promotions are slow.and .career growth is tad low...dont expect any perks or rewards....

Cons

no work-life balance,bureaucratic..treat employees as work horses and tasks keep changing every day. Relationship with manager decides your growth in the company
