Pros

Texas Instruments India provides and excellent work culture where the folks around you are supporting and managers take good care. The work culture fuels innovation in you and helps grow in the organization. Technical contribution is seen very positively.

Cons

Sometimes i feel that Texas Instruments India has lots of unnecessary managers and reporting structure becomes very hierarchical.

Pros

Flexible working hour Nice and friendly coworkers Used to be a good technical company, focus and reward technical development, 10 years ago.

Cons

Too many reorgs, top managements are changing mind daily. Not rewarding talent nor contribution, cut people like throwing away old shoes, sucks. Quality is no longer a concern to this company, how to finish thing in a cheaper way is more important nowadays.
