Highly ethical company at the most management levels World semiconductor company Profit sharing and stock options Internal job transfers let you create your own opportunities

Cons

Reluctant to resource projects especially in software Hardware focus with no clue how to make money on software Places to much emphasis on outsourcing and offshoring to reduce cost

Too many sales folks at the top. Engineering is not viewed as a differentiation any more, leading to poor growth opportunities and compensation.
