Pros

- TI likes to promote from within... so if you stay long enough you will likely be promoted. - Good pay packages and bonus program - Well known and respected within the semiconductor industry - Company financials are sound

Cons

- Technology is not leading edge - Management strategy tends to get stale because of heavy promotion from within - No structured training programs / plans for employees - "baptism by fire" - Lack of clearly defined succession plans
