Pros

Great pay and potential to move from one roll to another. Benefits are very competitive and there are a lot of after work activities available to become involved in. Work is challenging and allows for a fair amount of autonomy.

Cons

While there is some amount of autonomy, management will place a lot of extra responsibilities on individuals outside of their primary roles. This can causes many individuals to feel either overwhelmed or that they cannot focus on the primary goals of their job. Work can become monotonous depending on your roll. Additionally, management is constantly trying to reduce the number of personnel in manufacturing while the workload is not decreasing.
