Pros

Very open environment to share new ideas - lots of great minds around Lots of people with > 15yrs experience : easy to find mentors : A "TI" Culture has evolved over years - where mutual respect is easy to find Leading edge work - no dearth of opportunities

Cons

Frequent long working hours - work-life balance is not as good as it used to be couple of years back Pay is not the best in class - though good work always get appreciated. experienced recruit (specially managers) don't fit into the culture and often below "TI" standards
