Pros

- amazing site with seaview, tennis courts, volley-ball and football pitches. - good salary for this location (Sophia Antipolis is usually -20% vs. Paris). - young and dynamic culture - quite flexible to switch jobs when opportunities are available.

Cons

- big big company - might be too much process oriented, so a lot of reuse and not so much true innovation (if you are an engineer)

Pros

International opportunities to grow. Clear management structure. More training than you could point a stick at.

Cons

Politics, politics, politics. Not enough focus in Europe.
