Pros

This is one of the best companies to work in Israel. In terms of compensation only Intel is probably ahead. Excellent location for the office. Great working environment. They do care about people and do lot.

Cons

TI is a large US corporation. This has some drawbacks, like more formal approach to the ordering of new equipment, software installations, using this or that tool, filling of forms a couple of times every year, huge (comparing to your average startup) management pyramid. You are not going to meet Rich Templeton in person.

Pros

- very experience workforce. A lot of people here have been there for almost 15+ years. People overall seem to be relaxed and happy. No one was too stressed out. - good work life balance - "Open Door" policy is actually true. Can go and as people any question you want anytime.

Cons

- large company ... can be difficult to shine and move ahead.
