Pros

I joined as an engineer from college and i had lots of opportunities to explore and need time to utilize those opprtnities thats all

Cons

you should fight aggressively to get what u want and also very focussed on one particular domain for many years doesnt help much

Good compensation, Good work culture, Good work environment. Emphasis on technical knowledge, all employees are respected, good recreational facilities, gym.

Cons

Not a place to stick on to for the entire career. career growth is not as good when compared with other companies in the same field.
