Pros

Ethical company that has a well established guidelines; solid values that fit well in the community; good benefits including the standard set of insurance, retirement and activities; fair pay in a realtively low cost region of the country; conservative company that is highly credible with its finances, community involvement and operating principles

Cons

Mostly focused on stable and big customers so that this sometimes means that smaller customers are not served so well; only pockets of new businesses slowly emerge; quite conservative company in which risk taking is perhaps more difficult
