Pros

The quality of people at TI is one of the most positive reasons to work for this company. Everyone wants you to succeed and learn, and is willing to assist in that endeavor.

Cons

Very process oriented and with regards to technology development they would definitely be classified as a follower. This level of risk aversion keeps PFO high, but ultimately can feel like it causes stagnation.

Stability and long life employer that can stomach bad times. Benefits are great. Depending on the team you have, achievements take you a long way.

Cons

Depends on the supervisor you get. There are good ones and terrible ones. I got lucky and found a good one.
