Pros

Invests in the employees. People make the company. Great growth semiconductor company and great place to work for. Profit sharing and stock options are great benefits.

Cons

Was slow to pick on smartphone mobile market. Stayed too long with Nokia older technologies instead of focusing on higher growth areas like mobile devices. Needs to be aggressive and more innovative.
