Pros

Diverse range of job roles. Leadership Technologies. Smart People that are easy to work with. Good Culture. WW organization. Very good data to allow market/customer analysis

Cons

Very 'procedural'. Lots of processes and expectations of how things should be done. In many instances these are not fun, but very impactful. Lacking creativity and innovation, even though this is touted as a strength

Poorly managed and toxic HR culture

Pros

Good work/life balance. Fairly competitive comp & benefits. Steady growth and continuous business results in the industry.

Cons

Highly perception driven culture in HR, not performance. Unrealistic expectations of new people (NCGs and exp hires) to look, sound, and act just like the people who have been there for 15+ years. Poor HR people managers given interns and HR NCGs and don't know how to coach or develop talent. Lack of trust in HR community.
