Pros

great work culture and work environment. Great coworkers but sometimes the supervisors are not very friendly.

Cons

The problem is that layoffs occurs quite frequently. And if you're not lucky, you'll be out of job.

Pros

Great benefits Some good ideas Diverse product portfolio Very fair work/life balance for the most part

Cons

Some clearly misguided market attempts Some managers clearly rose through the ranks through brown-nosing and not competence Training can be harder to come by than in similar companies Can be a bit stodgy when it comes to seizing new markets and innovation

Pros

You get to work on great technology projects with amazingly talented people. You get to learn a lot and explore the field of electronics.

Cons

While there's a lot of flexibility in terms of choosing your expertise, it's very difficult to move through verticals. Also, there's this communication gap between business managers and subordinates due to which the latter are not able to relate their work to the bigger business strategy.
