Pros

- Benefits and salary - Work-life balance - Collaborative team environment

Cons

Employees working in remote locations outside of Dallas, TX have limited advancement opportunities. Also, for many jobs, if you don't have a EE degree, you won't be considered for advancement, even if you work in a non-technical field.

This is a money machine. lot of work you get to wear many hats. culture is world wide mix of the best EE and chip makers on this planet.

Cons

65 to 80 hour work week never ending cycle of work. But were ever you work in USA. the base salary job will work you 65 ish hours a week.
