Pros

Pay and benefits are ok. Work and life can be balanced.

Cons

There is a lot of politics. Upper management does not care about individual employees. There is too much reorganization in most BUs every year.

Pros

There are lots of opportunities to get your hands into so sometimes you can find yourself over loaded and over worked. Many sub groups that work on different technologies. Generally a high caliber of professionals.

Cons

Very metric oriented. Many subgroups so this can be a negative as well since there is high turn over and can get confusing on who is working on what.

Pros

Challenging jobs with lots of opportunities to work hard. Room to take on more responsibilities at any job level. Heavy international travel in senior positions. Great experience for a first job

Cons

Not much work life ballance. Focused on loading everyone as heavily as possible. Senior workers are slowly pushed out of the organization around 50. Most promotions go to individuals under 30.
