Pros

great people, interesting products, always challenges, and there are always changes. There is really a diverse group of people from different nations that you get to work with. TI is a good global company.

Cons

big company, and slow moving. There are tons of layers of TI and it can be frustrating to deal with all of the checks.

Pros

Lengthy vacation benefits. Extensive training available which is not available at small companies.

Cons

Above average workers receive average pay. Extra effort not rewarded or recognized. Company very family centric; i.e. workers without children are marginizalize.
