Pros

Good pay for a co-op, certainly a good learning experience and addition to your resume, location is not bad

Cons

Management is not very genuine, you never know what they are thinking about you. Do not trust the compliments they keep giving you about your work. If they do not like you personally, it does not matter how good of a job you do. They like too much A** kissing. In cases you have to wok a lot more hours than you normally do.

Pros

- Located in Texas where housing is cheap and no state income taxes makes an average salary go a long way - Good benefits - Family friendly atmosphere, everyone leaves at 5.30!

Cons

- No career growth if you are an engineer - Very little scope to switch careers, get slotted in a role and continue forever - No urgency to innovate
