Pros

Smart people, good projects to work on. Flex-time. Allow you to change teams/projects (depending on availability / location)

Cons

Depending on your location and individual situation, it may not be easy to change teams. Some teams do not know how to work with remote resources. Compensation could be better (much better)

Pros

Good place to learn about corporate culture. Some opportunity to move between orgs to gain experience. Decent work from home policy.

Cons

Compensation is average at best. Senior roles are hard to come by if you aren't on the fast track shortly after joining.

Pros

Good people culture, positive, salary, benefits.

Cons

Gone through many reorganizations, restructuring resulting into job transfers and layoffs. Bottom line, share holders upper management willing to appease investers including compromising job security for all. Your valuable one day and the next your expendable.
