Great company to work for!

Pros

It's a great company to work for with a lot of opportunities to grow and try different roles (ie: Software, Hardware, Process, Marketing, Management, Finance etc etc).

Cons

Salaries maybe somewhat below average since it's headquartered in Dallas, TX where cost of living is quite low compared to other major cities in the US.

Pros

Competitve pay, great work environment, reasonable work expectations, excellent career opportunities. TI wants you to be the best employee you can be, and is willing to invest in your development.

Cons

A bit too many superfluous meetings. Food could be better.

Pros

Salary is good because of the location in Texas where things are cheaper relatively. You can find and interact with a variety of experts - software, algorithms, systems, digital, analog.

Cons

Lack of technical leadership where decisions are driven by non-technical Program Managers and Sales Managers. Program managers managing technical developers doesn't seem to be effective. Engineering managers with good understanding are required.
