Good, solid company

Pros

Their business model is based on long term growth, and they focus on a sector of the semi industry that is less prone to volatility.

Cons

They have adopted an “in-person” first model that limits the ability to work remotely without a good reason. This seems to be enforced more in HR than in other parts of the business. Also, performance management and development processes are inconsistent. Many of my colleagues haven’t had a documented performance review in years, which makes it difficult for employees to understand the rationale for annual compensation decisions.

Pros

just slightly above average package. will learn a lot of knowledge

Cons

minimum benefits. HR will say they have converted all benefits into your payslip. Management just care about execution and results, they know you have spending tremendous amount of effort and time until you are exhausted but they just ignore. Manufacturing & Assembly teams are tough
