Pros

Stable company over long period. Lot of internal knowledge. Everybody gets profit sharing. No need to be a top performer.

Cons

No revenue growth. Most growth is through cost cutting . Top performers don't get any extra bonus. So mediocrity is encouraged. 4 years cliff on RSU is a joke on employees

Pros

Decent pay, great teams, opportunities to move within different roles and organizations

Cons

Depending on team, you can end up regularly working Nights/Weekends if you support Manufacturing/Operations. Upper IT Leadership seems disconnected from reality
