Don't be a technician here. unless all you care about is money.

Pros

pay is good which is the only reason I'm still here.

Cons

They say they care about people, but if you're a technician don't count on it. I've read so many emails of them offering perks that sound super great then have to read the disclaimer at the end that says it doesn't apply to you. Also don't plan on spending time with your family and friends during the holidays, only 2 can be off per shift. and if you call in the day before or after a holiday you will lose your holiday pay and other punishments up to being fired, even if it's for a legitimate reason to call off.

Pros

You can cheese the system if you really don't want to work or grow. Big company.

Cons

I had to give an intern a job offer 3k less than what I make after 10 years of working.
