* For entry levels, the company would give alot of positive mindset and will help its employees set their career goals. * Opportunities to work overseas for a period of time. * Goal Minded and approachable co-workers. * Great work ethics.

Cons

* Big organizational changes that may affect how current project team plans and commitments. * If you are aiming for dedicated position as Front-End developer or Back-End developer (this can be a CON for you), over time Application Developers should be flexible wherein it you are expected to become full stack developers, business analyst, testers, project management, etc.

When things and business go well, it's great. When the business starts to decline then management can be extremely aggressive and rude HR practices.
