Don't see any innovation other than manufacturing technology (300mm wafer) which makes huge profit.

Pros

The company offers good benefits and the pay is decent.

Cons

There is no room for advancement. Every employee is treated the same whether they perform well or not. They will pay for your education but offer no opportunities to advance. They would rather hire someone fresh out of college (young) than to promote from within.

No compensation growth while in the rotation program and no room or advancing in promotion Also being in the rotation program means that you don’t control the positions you are placed so you could be placed in a position that you have no interest in
