Pros

I was under the gun for the last several years

Cons

I started with DSEG and was moved to SC, and SC was not a good place unless you are good with politics. I was overworked and was basically working about 70 hours a week, but rarely received any praise, just why can't you do this other stuff too? I got a system in place, was told we were to cross train, then when 4 other people knew the basics of the program, I was "early retired". I spent 23 years with TI, and the last 10 years were basically trying to survive the office politics (and I'm not good at that).
