Pros

Company culture and ethics with "Living our Values" Excellent people to work with, some of the operators, technicians and engineers have been working at MFAB since the opening. Competitive benefits (401k match, dental, medical, stock purchase etc.), Pay raises every year! (Not the case when it was National Semiconductor) Excellent profit sharing bonus pay - Max Bonus for the last 6 years Overtime pay after 8 hours for hourly employees Senior management took COVID very seriously, provided additional vacation pay, especially to shift employees Excellent tuition reimbursement program Company improved the vacation pay policy last year to help improve work/life balance Community focus with volunteering opportunity

Cons

Very competitive industry, high pace manufacturing environment. As a result lots metrics to manage (not company specific). Technology sector, lots of things to learn each and everyday 12 hour shifts are challenging but it is nice to have 3 or 4 days off
