The schedule may seem nice, but if you work nights (for that nice 15% pay raise) you basically don’t have a weekend. You’re spent trying to recover what hell you’ve put your body through the past four days you’ve worked. No one in management cares, you’re nothing but a walking number and no matter how much strain you put yourself through to get your numbers up, it still isn’t enough. Please, beware. Work some place that doesn’t frown upon you for having to take 10 minutes out of your 12 hour shift to use the restroom.
