Pros

Great company to start your career. TI invests a lot in teaching New College Grads and promotes from within.

Cons

There is an apparent age gap in the engineering workforce. Many engineers left TI after 7 to 10 years. The experienced engineers that stayed have been there for their entire careers, 20+ years.

Pros

You can cheese the system if you really don't want to work or grow. Big company.

Cons

I had to give an intern a job offer 3k less than what I make after 10 years of working.
