Pros

TI is a great place to start out since the projects you work on and the concepts you learn are very fundamental to EE in any industry.

Cons

There is a problem with retention and a lot of senior engineers have been leaving with only new college grads taking their place. It’s good that we still have numbers but that doesn’t make up for the lack of experience

Pros

Lots of experience learning what can go wrong with the parts you support. Second sense for what questions to ask and how to debug from a distance.

Cons

Not the most enriching to the soul. And the building has white noise piped in. It's pretty distracting which is ironic because they put it in to avoid distractions.

Pros

You can work on good stuff

Cons

No appreciation or value to your work. Bad marketing and sales team will try to ride on Engineering teams
