Pros

There are always projects and challenges for anyone to step up to.

Cons

The main focus of the company is to appease the share holders. We are run by businessmen incentivized to push our stock price. There is always the chance to they will just cut your team rather than move or fix bad leadership.

Pros

Stability and long life employer that can stomach bad times. Benefits are great. Depending on the team you have, achievements take you a long way.

Cons

Depends on the supervisor you get. There are good ones and terrible ones. I got lucky and found a good one.
