Customer call center is often the last to know when a change has been made, Other departments treat call center like personal assistants to their own workload, Leadership in call center is inefficient, Career advancement within department is based on how agreeable you are with management's ideas, no extra compensation for being bilingual

Great software and training program. Great people to work with. Good benefits.

Cons

Too many meetings which were time consuming and could have been complied in an email. Career advance depended on networking. Unmanageable workload. Micromanaging on a daily basis and for every single detail. Upper management does not do anything with the feedback. Have to work 2 weeks ahead for a few days vacation due to workload.
