Pros

Manager is a good guy, He tries to help you out. Helped me with some personal stuff. Decent equipment. Fast pace and the work isn't hard just a lot of it.

Cons

Not a real terminal. Small office. Need a better presence of management. Need a full time mechanic.

They don’t care about the drivers/dispatch is horrible

Pros

Pay is good. Long term benefits good.

Cons

Upper management and safety team show favoritism. Take certain drivers out to lunch. Gave one driver who left for two years back his seniority. Lied about the drivers safe driving years. Just so happens to be one of the drivers upper management/safety take to lunch. Awards are based on favoritism.

Pros

You can refuse a load at anytime. Just make sure you let dispatch know. They are very easy to work with. The veteran mechanic that has been there for years is amazing. Friendly people. This company has some big contracts so there is always guaranteed work.

Cons

Severe lack of vehicles. Even if there are working ones, you can't take them because they're probably assigned to another driver. It took me 6 months before I was assigned one. Mileage pay from rack to customer only. Commission pay only. You can only get paid for what you do. Lots of "dead heading". (Driving back empty and not getting paid.) The new mechanic there is very lazy. He won't fix simple things unless the heat is put upon him from upper management or the dispatchers. Safety is an issue. Expired fire extinguishers, trucks running at a low performance simply because they're old.
