      They don’t care about the drivers/dispatch is horrible

      Pros

      Pay is good. Long term benefits good.

      Cons

      Upper management and safety team show favoritism. Take certain drivers out to lunch. Gave one driver who left for two years back his seniority. Lied about the drivers safe driving years. Just so happens to be one of the drivers upper management/safety take to lunch. Awards are based on favoritism.

      Some offices are ran well.

      Cons

      Incapable management, not willing to step up when things are busy, extremely overworked, not paid in a timely manner. No team work

      Cons

      Constantly changing focus with policies. No real training program in place for office personnel Focus more on quick-fixes or band-aides than permanent solutions.
