      Training is not there, the trainer is very rude and condescending. If she’s miserable working in the office then why should anyone stay?

Dispatch and operations are often high-pressure environments, and I consistently saw individuals step up to meet challenges with professionalism and adaptability. The company fosters a culture where employees are encouraged to find solutions, improve workflows, and support one another in real time.

      Cons

      Currently undergoing growing pains but they will get through them. These stretches are hard on the team right now, but their work life balance will improve once they have adjusted.
