      Pros

      Not a lot of micro management. Team forgives small mistakes.

      Cons

      Terminal manager is a total headache to deal with. Facility is trash. Restrooms are locked up by the terminal manager so drivers can't use them.

      No communication from top to bottom, main office don’t answer or return calls, poor management from top to bottom, hard to get equipment for trucks and trailers, only make some drivers accountable for equipment, will keep your vacation pay you’ve accumulated when you quit, if if you don’t use it. Northwest Arkansas drivers are responsible for taking equipment to shops and finding your own way back and fourth after drop off and for pick up of equipment, could go on for ever.
