Pros

The parking garage is covered and a short walk to the agency.

Cons

This was the worst job I've ever had. The management fired people willy-nilliy for BS reasons. I got my performance review 6 months late, and she had copy and pasted things from another employee onto it. I couldn't complain to HR because the woman was OVER HR. Management was catty and cliquey. It was like being stuck in a sorority full of 30 year olds. This was the second state agency I worked for, and they did things that were underhanded and straighrt-up illegal in their hiring and firing practices.
