It all depends on your manager

Pros

Great retirement, if you can stay until the end. The working staff is friendly, and helpful.

Cons

You are required to put just over 9% of your salary in the retirement plan. This can be a burden, given their salaries are not the highest. Day to day experience is governed by your manager. Some managers are fantastic, but many are overbearing and rule followers to the extreme. One experience I had with management was their refusal to reschedule a last minute meeting that conflicted with a previous appointment I scheduled weeks in advance. I was told I was required to go.

Pros

They strictly follow employment law, so no overtime, work at home, etc.

Cons

Very rote work, a "process job" as a superior explained.

Pros

Great benefits, paid time off, holidays, health and retirement benefits. Great people to work with.

Cons

Work processes and procedures can be a bit redundant. Recreating the wheel. One or two members of management lacked the skills to mentor and develop their team.
