Pros

My supervisor upon hire was helpful and responsive to questions; I felt supported. However, supervisors can vary and when I was transferred to a different team, I felt the support was lacking.

Cons

The quotas are large because of a backlog. The time they estimate cases to take don't take into account the complexity/additional research needed/etc. Everything is about meeting the bottom line of hitting your quota.

Pros

Just okay place to work. Good benefits. Management is real iffy. I was lucky to switch from the worst manager to one of the best. Ridiculous workload with little praise or accolades. Generous pay and time off, if you use properly.

Cons

Poor pay, poor work life balance. Horrible upper leadership, they do not listen to process improvement ideas. The policy can be vague and difficult to sort through.
