Pros

Never a dull moment because the job focus was to review records for auditing. Deadlines are given on assignments. I liked the challenge of resolving issues in the records I review.

Cons

After 26 years with the agency, the cons become inconsequential. Most of my work is confidential, so I can’t provide information because of my feudatory requirements to gain public trust.

Pros

Pros - you get to ensure your executive team make tall salaries over 130k - 170k plus while your team gets paid 50k to 80k gross -- and try and feed a family on this.

Cons

No leadership. Leadership has left the building. Don't even place yourself at the mercy of mediocre men and women looking to garnish two pensions. Terrible, terrible leadership from all the way at the top down through the ranks.
