Pros

I am a tenured employee. With a lot of experience.

Cons

It doesn't pay what I'm worth. This is why I'm looking for a teaching job. I am Spanish major with minor in psychology. I have taught pre-k and kindergarten students for 3 years. I am from rio grande city and live there. I want to work in my hometown. I know I can excel in a teaching position.
