Pros

Benefits are good, and job security is good, I enjoy my coworkers. I love working from home. Work is challenging and good work/life balance.

Cons

The amount of micromanagement is nerve-racking. Would be so much better if there were more autonomy. Also, the amount taken for retirement is too much and cannot be adjusted downward.

Pros

The flexibility offered allows working parents to have a life. Benefits are good. Pay was competitive. My boss was very nice.

Cons

There weren’t any negative things. I left because I moved out of state. I would still be there had we not moved.
