Feel respected & valued. Can talk to other engineers and get things done, unlike another more compartmentalized firm I found was siloed, subcontracted too much design work and was too political or fixated on schedule rather than fixing problems before they messed up program schedule. At Cessna you can raise issues, collaborate and get them fixed. We care about our internal and external customers. Team oriented initiative is well received. Busy, and sometimes frustrating, but I could go home feeling good about what I was doing.
